Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez created chaos when she chanted that the Supreme Court of the United States was “illegitimate.”

Alvin Bragg did the same when he indicted former President Donald Trump.

And now Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Alvin Bragg are stirring up the next round of race riots by lying about this hero.

Remember the “mostly peaceful” protests?

2020 was one of the most violent years in modern American history.

Black Lives Matter rioters destroyed businesses, public buildings, and murdered innocent bystanders who got in their way.

Democrat politicians and their allies in the corporate-controlled press started the frenzy by spinning a false narrative that racist cops were actively looking to gun down innocent black people.

And now the heroic act of a Marine veteran is serving as the backdrop for a repeat of the riots that plagued America in 2020.

Just the facts, ma’am

According to witnesses, 30-year-old Jordan Neely hopped on a New York City subway on Monday and threatened the lives of passengers, aggressively threw his coat to the ground, and repeatedly yelled he was willing to die.

Jordan Neely was a homeless black man.

While passengers called the police for help, a so-far unnamed veteran of the U.S. Marines wrestled Neely to the ground and put him in a choke hold to restrain him until police could arrive.

Neely was still breathing after the choke hold was released.

It took the police almost 15 minutes to arrive at the scene.

Neely was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Cops questioned the Marine and the other passengers, including a black man who helped restrain Neely and a Hispanic freelance journalist.

After questioning passengers and watching security footage of the incident, law enforcement officials decided not to arrest the Marine veteran.

Neely has been arrested at least 42 times, and many of the arrests were for violent crimes like assault.

He also had an outstanding warrant for a 2021 assault.

On Thursday, a New York City coroner ruled that the death was a “homicide,” which is legally different from murder.

Democrats are laying groundwork for more riots

New York City District Attorney Alvin Bragg has called for a full investigation.

The left-wing media immediately jumped to conclusions and accused the veteran of the racially motivated killing of an innocent black man who was homeless and suffering from mental illness.

Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez took to Twitter and called the man who restrained Neely a murderer.

Protesters are demanding the arrest of the Marine veteran who stopped Neely from harming anyone on the subway.

Ocasio-Cortez and many of her fellow Democrats are fanning the flames and playing on racial tensions while twisting the facts of the case.

Natural conclusion to soft-on-crime policies

Neely was arrested nearly four-dozen times.

The reality is that the soft-on-crime policies of Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul and New York City Mayor Eric Adams are responsible for a mentally disturbed criminal running loose on the streets and threatening the lives of innocent people.

And as the New York Post reported, even though subway killings are at a 25-year high, criminals are not being punished, leading people to start protecting themselves and others around them.

Bernie Kerik was Gotham’s Police Chief when Republican Mayor Rudy Giuliani famously cleaned up the City in the 1990’s.

Kerik said if the Big Apple’s elected officials were doing their jobs, this incident would have never happened.

“You would, rather New Yorkers, be terrified, assaulted, and murdered at the hands of lunatics and thugs?” Kerik asked New York City Comptroller Brad Lander after he condemned the heroic actions of the Marine veteran. “If you were doing your job, there would be more police on the subway system, so these things would not happen. But do not tell people that they cannot defend themselves!”

But as left-wing media and Democrats continue to stoke the flames, the anger on the street is becoming eerily and dangerously reminiscent of the so-called “Summer of Love” in 2020.

And the Marine veteran could face a scapegoating similar to what Americans witnessed with Kyle Rittenhouse.

Are Democrats setting the groundwork for more deadly mass riots?
