Democrats have long been on a mission to rid the Supreme Court of conservative Justice Clarence Thomas.

But no one has worked harder to accomplish this goal than Democrat Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez just launched this insane attack on Justice Clarence Thomas that will have you seeing red.

Clarence Thomas and the target on his back

Clarence Thomas was appointed to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1990.

During his confirmation, Democrats put on a show trial and lobbed accusations of sexual misconduct at him reminiscent of what Trump-appointee Brett Kavanaugh endured in 2018.

In the end, much like Kavanaugh, Thomas survived and was added to the bench of the highest court in the land.

Thomas has since proven himself to be the most conservative and perhaps the smartest of the nine Justices.

Democrats have longed for the day that Thomas is off the bench.

Many are hoping that day will come while Democrats control both the White House and the Senate.

Their goal is to replace Thomas with a left-wing activist.

And now a handful of the most extreme Democrats in the House of Representatives believe they’ve found their smoking gun.

Anti-Thomas hit piece disguised as “investigative journalism”

The left-wing website ProPublica – which likes to fancy itself as an “investigative journalism” site – published a hit piece to bring down Justice Thomas disguised as a report.

The “report” concluded that Thomas took vacations in the past with his longtime friend and Dallas businessman, Harlan Crow.

ProPublica then pointed out that Crow is a large donor to Republican candidates, causes, and organizations.

They then connect the dots to try and make it look as though Thomas’ conservative rulings are because of Crow’s money instead of his unmatched understanding of the United States Constitution.

The Squad stands alone

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was quick to act following the ProPublica hit piece.

Ocasio-Cortez called for the immediate impeachment of Justice Thomas, who is also the lone black man on the Supreme Court.

“This is beyond party or partisanship,” she tweeted. “This degree of corruption is shocking — almost cartoonish. Thomas must be impeached. Barring some dramatic change, this is what the (John) Roberts court will be known for: rank corruption, erosion of democracy, and the stripping of human rights.”

Ocasio-Cortez was joined in her asinine calls for Thomas to be impeached by fellow members of her Squad.

The Squad is a group of the most radically woke Democrat members of the House of Representatives.

Democrats Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan also launched personal attacks on Thomas and demanded he resign or be impeached.

“I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Clarence Thomas needs to be impeached,” Omar tweeted.

“Thomas must be impeached and SCOTUS needs a binding code of ethics,” Tlaib tweeted.

A handful of the most radical Democrat Senators have called for an investigation into any potential ethics violations by Thomas.

But Ocasio-Cortez, Omar, and Tlaib are the only ones who have called for him to be removed from the bench.

There’s just no there there

Crow said he treats Thomas the same way he treats all of his close friends.

“The hospitality we have extended to the Thomas’s over the years is no different from the hospitality we have extended to our many other dear friends,” Crow wrote in a statement. “Justice Thomas and Ginni never asked for any of this hospitality.”

Thomas said lawyers informed him early in his career that he was not required to report gifts from close personal friends.

“I have endeavored to follow that counsel throughout my tenure, and have always sought to comply with the disclosure guidelines,” Thomas added.

Should Justice Clarence Thomas resign from the bench?
