Most Americans have heard the old saying that even “a broken clock is right twice a day.”

Just like a broken clock, left-wing Hollywood actors occasionally get it right.

And Anthony Fauci is fuming over Woody Harrelson’s COVID monologue on Saturday Night Live.

Every once in a while, some left-wing Hollywood elitist will surprise Americans.

That’s exactly what happened recently on Saturday Night Live.

“I threw the script away”

Woody Harrelson’s recent Saturday Night Live monologue gained him both instant backlash and praise.

At issue was commentary where he hinted at the government’s collusion with the corporate-controlled media, Big Tech, and the medical industrial complex to require COVID vaccines.

Harrelson set up his COVID bit by joking about a script he said he was reading in 2019 while smoking pot in Central Park.

“So, the movie goes like this,” Harrelson began. “The biggest drug cartels in the world get together and buy up all the media and all the politicians and force all the people in the world to stay locked in their homes. And people can only come out if they take the cartel’s drugs and keep taking them over and over.”

But then Harrelson gave the punch line.

“I threw the script away,” he said. “I mean, who was going to believe that crazy idea? Being forced to do drugs? I do that voluntarily all day.”

Just as social media approached a meltdown over Harrelson’s monologue, Twitter CEO Elon Musk was quick to give his thoughts.

“So based. Nice work @nbcsnl!” Musk tweeted.

The media was not so complimentary.

Right on target

The media immediately started blasting Harrelson for his “anti-vax conspiracy theories.”

Musk weighed in on that as well.

He used a bullseye target emoji to respond to a post by @KanekoaTheGreat where the user pointed out the media’s hypocrisy in its own response to Harrelson’s joke.

Musk also responded to users @EndWokeness and @ImMeme0, who also commented on the media’s negative response to Harrelson.

The new owner of Twitter suggested that the media colluded with the government and the medical industry on the vaccine mandates.

“Maybe they don’t realize that their propaganda is wrong?” Musk tweeted.

Rolling Stone was out at 12:37 a.m. Sunday morning with a hit piece blasting Harrelson’s monologue as “bizarre.”

In the piece, the Rolling Stone author said Harrelson has a “history of strange anti-science remarks during the COVID pandemic.”

The outlet also tweeted about Harrelson’s joke, saying it amounted to spreading “conspiracy theories.”

The irony was not lost on many Americans given Rolling Stone’s history of shoddy journalism and phony stories, like the infamous University of Virginia rape hoax article.

And Rolling Stone was joined by multiple leftist outlets in attacking Harrelson’s monologue.

Others included Variety, the Daily Beast, and HuffPost. The articles were all negative and reported Harrelson’s jokes as “anti-vax.”

Many on social media were perplexed by the brutal attacks on one of their own.

Harrelson is a top Hollywood actor who played the character Woody on Cheers in 1982.

He later starred in many hit films including Doc Hollywood, White Men Can’t Jump, Indecent Proposal, No Country for Old Men, The Hunger Games, and Natural Born Killers.

But in addition to his roles on the screen, off the screen Harrelson has been a leading leftist voice on almost every issue imaginable.

But leftists demand full support for every one of their radical issues at all times.

Woody Harrelson broke ranks and learned that lesson the hard way.
