Barack Obama vows that no illegal aliens will get access to Obamacare
Democrats and their media allies had to lie through their teeth to get the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, passed in 2010.
Former President Barack Obama falsely claimed that his healthcare bill wouldn’t apply to illegal aliens.
Representative Joe Wilson (R-SC) famously called out Obama on this during an address he gave to Congress in September of 2009.
“There are also those who claim that our reform effort will insure illegal immigrants,” Obama said at the time. “This, too, is false — the reforms I’m proposing would not apply to those who are here illegally.”
“You lie!” Wilson shouted.
The South Carolina lawmaker was scolded by the media for having the audacity to call Obama out for his lie.

Lawsuit filed to stop illegal aliens from getting Obamacare
Almost 15 years after Wilson called out Obama on the floor of the House, he’s been vindicated.
The Biden-Harris administration opened enrollment in Obamacare to illegal aliens who are a part of the unconstitutional Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Obama illegally created the DACA program to protect illegal aliens who were brought into the country by their parents from being deported.
Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach (R) led a coalition of Republican states in filing a lawsuit to stop DACA recipients from accessing Obamacare.
Republican attorneys general from Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Virginia joined him.
Kobach’s lawsuit states that expanding Obamacare to DACA recipients entices illegal aliens to stay in the United States that might have otherwise left.
“The Final Rule is expected to result in 200,000 DACA recipients becoming newly eligible for a subsidized health plan,” the lawsuit reads.
These DACA recipients would be eligible for Obamacare plans at a discounted rate that is subsidized by American taxpayers.
The lawsuit said that states would be harmed by having to provide education and other public benefits to illegal aliens who remain in the country.
“Illegal aliens shouldn’t get a free pass into our country,” Kobach said. “They shouldn’t receive taxpayer benefits when they arrive, and the Biden-Harris administration shouldn’t get a free pass to violate federal law. That’s why I am leading a multi state lawsuit to stop this illegal regulation from going into effect.”
U.S. Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) – former President Donald Trump’s running mate – introduced a bill to block illegal aliens from accessing Obamacare.
“There’s an unprecedented crisis at our southern border, we’ve got major conflicts around the world, and families all across Ohio are getting crushed by inflation,” Vance said in May.
“Joe Biden’s response to all this is to give your hard-earned money away to illegal immigrants in the form of taxpayer-funded healthcare,” Vance continued. “This is a slap in the face to every hardworking American who plays by the rules, and it would never happen if Donald Trump were President.”
The Biden-Harris administration is trying to throw out another freebie ahead of the election.
