Biden administration in hot water as the House Judiciary committee puts them on notice for misusing funds to target these Americans

The fall of 2021 was wrought with demonstrations targeting school boards over their efforts to indoctrinate American children.

That saw Attorney General Merrick Garland mobilize the FBI and the DOJ to begin surveillance on dissenters at these meetings.

Now the House Judiciary is putting Garland and the Biden administration on notice for their unethical use of funds in fighting parents.

Judiciary Committee sends a letter to Garland making it clear the department is under investigation

Ranking Member of the Committee on the Judiciary, Jim Jordan has been a strong supporter of parents in the fight against radicalized school boards and their woke agenda.

In a letter sent to the Biden DOJ, Garland is put on notice to preserve information pointing to Congressional investigations.

Jordan and the committee are “investigating the Biden Administration’s misuse of federal criminal and counterterrorism resources to target concerned parents at school board meetings.”

Whistleblowers have come forward alleging that Biden has been colluding with the National School Boards Association – hoping that they could come up with an excuse to use various federal agencies against parents.

Over 100 letters written to the DOJ with various requests and only two pages have been sent back

Since October of 2021 they have “sent over 100 letters to Department components requesting documents and information regarding the Biden Administration’s misuse of law-enforcement resources.”

The letters that they sent were seeking a variety of important information.

In November 2021, they requested “All documents and communications referring or relating to the establishment of the Department’s task force and the National Security Division’s role as a member of the task force.”

On the same day, they asked what “federal, state, local, Tribal, and territorial organizations” had convened meetings to discuss the infamous Garland memo.

Then they asked FBI Director Chris Wray whether or not he saw the memorandum “to be lawful“ and if he planned “to direct FBI agents and employees” to target parents.

According to the most recent letter to Garland, despite the numerous pleas for information the DOJ has only sent back two responses.

Each only half a page in length.

Their most recent letter makes it clear that they have not gotten enough information to ease the Committee’s concerns.

Anti-parent directives are impacting First Amendment rights and Garland should be ready to forfeit communications

They state clearly, “parents voicing their concerns at school board meetings are not domestic terrorists,” and point out that the “anti-parent directive remains in effect.”

They believe this “continues to chill” these parents’ First Amendment rights and is intended to do so.

The committee warns that they “intend to continue to pursue this serious misuse of federal law-enforcement resources” and that their “letter serves as a formal request to preserve all existing and future records and materials in your possession relating to the topics addressed . . .”

They urged Garland to understand that the preservation notice is “instruction to take all reasonable steps to prevent destruction or alteration . . . of all documents, communications, and other information . . .” and this should include “all electronic messages sent using your official and personal accounts . . .”

More evidence has been piling up against Garland and Biden every day.

Now if the Republicans can take control of Congress, we should see some real investigations.
