Democrats have made it their mission to completely bankrupt the United States with one expensive omnibus bill after another.
But Democrats are not entirely to blame, as many Republicans are also guilty of caving in to the Left by selling out their country.
And now conservatives are furious after Mitch McConnell stabbed them in the back.
Nothing is more dangerous than a RINO
These days, it is very easy to predict what Democrats are scheming on.
If something is bad for America, then Democrats are likely in favor of it.
But there are many Republicans out there who are nothing more than Democrats in Republican clothing.
Several names come to mind . . . Liz Cheney, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, and many more.
But one of the most prolific RINO’s in the Senate right now is none other than Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.
That may come as a shock to some Republicans, but the truth is, Mitch McConnell has voted time and again with Democrats on major issues.
One of the worst bills Mitch McConnell ever voted on was the $1.2 trillion “infrastructure” bill that Democrats rammed through Congress last year, with the help of 18 Senate Republicans.
To add insult to injury, Mitch McConnell joined President Joe Biden at an event to celebrate the wasteful so-called infrastructure bill.
The event took place at the Brent Spence Bridge, which connects Convington, Kentucky with Cincinnati, Ohio.
Prior to the event, the White House gloated Mitch McConnell will join Joe Biden who will “deliver remarks on how his economic plan is rebuilding our infrastructure, creating good-paying jobs that don’t require a four-year degree, and revitalizing communities left behind.”
Unsurprisingly, Mitch McConnell has already started to receive backlash amongst conservatives from participating in the event.
In order to spin this PR event into something positive, Mitch McConnell is employing the help of some other Senate moderates such as Senator John Thune of South Dakota.
Just recently, Senator Thune told Punchbowl News that “In a time of divided government, you try and find things that you can do together. And at least for the both of them, this is an issue that they feel is a mutual accomplishment.”
There is nothing good about multi-trillion-dollar spending bills
Despite what some “moderate “ Senators are saying about the phony “infrastructure” bill, the bill is a total disaster.
Americans simply cannot afford to keep paying for these expensive and wasteful spending bills.
This $1.2 trillion spending bill that establishment Republicans love so much is chock full of wasteful spending, including plenty of pork for union bosses and other far-left interests.
Bankrupting the American taxpayer is not something that should be celebrated under any circumstances.
Spending money on infrastructure is not necessarily a bad thing, but the $1.2 trillion boondoggle was a complete waste of resources.
Mitch McConnell ought to know better, and hopefully some real conservatives in the Senate will put him in his place over this ill-advised publicity stunt.
