After the mayhem of the 2020 election, Americans are concerned that their voices aren’t being heard.

But the Republican National Committee has a plan and is working to ensure that this year will be different.

And Detroit is in the crosshairs as the RNC fights to secure the transparency and integrity of our elections.

Speckin Forensics estimates up to 34,000 illegal votes were cast in Detroit in 2020

The 2020 election was marred by confusion and uncertainty after voters waited for days to find out who won the race.

Many Republican voters couldn’t believe it when the result finally showed that Joe Biden would be the next President.

One state that seemed to have more problems than the others was Michigan.

Earlier this year, the Gateway Pundit published the findings by a national expert in criminal forensics who evaluated the evidence of election fraud in the state.

Speckin Forensics made some startling assertions about what they saw in Wayne County.

Speckin Forensics showed that “a significant number of absentees in different precincts illegally had not signed ballot applications” and some had never even applied.

Their research puts the number of illegal ballots in these precincts between 12 and 20 percent.

And they estimated up to 34,000 ballots were illegally cast if the same rate applied throughout all of Wayne County.

RNC finds its first major fight in Detroit ahead of 2024 election

In June, the Republican National Committee (RNC) announced a plan to ensure election integrity this November.

A network of conservative poll workers, polling place monitors, and attorneys have been enlisted across the country to help protect the vote.

Now it seems they have their first fight.

The Post Millennial reported that the RNC “has launched a lawsuit against the Election Commission” in Detroit over hiring practices that seem to benefit Democrats.

The Republican Party claims that the city has hired more than seven times more Democrats than Republicans to be poll workers.

This is a direct violation of Michigan’s election law under Section 168.74.

The law says that the Election Commission “shall appoint an equal number, as nearly as possible, of election inspectors in each election precinct from each major political party.”

RNC leadership calls Detroit’s actions “bad-faith Democrat interference”

According to the Detroit Election Commission Report, the city hired approximately 2,300 Democrats to be poll workers in the 2024 election.

On the other hand, there were only 300 Republican poll workers hired in Detroit.

Additionally, nearly 60 percent of Michigan precincts haven’t hired a Republican election inspector, which is also required by law.

RNC Chairman Michael Whatley and Co-Chair Lara Trump issued a joint statement in response.

“Detroit’s failure to hire Republican poll workers is the kind of bad-faith Democrat interference that drives down faith in our elections,” they said.

Whatley and Trump said that they hope the RNC’s lawsuit will “remedy this completely unacceptable breach of public trust.”

“Our unprecedented election integrity campaign will continue to fight in Michigan and nationwide to protect the rights of every voter” they continued.

Whatley and Trump said voters deserve “fair, accurate, secure, and transparent elections.”

And they will not stop until they can guarantee it.
