The United States is suffering from out-of-control inflation, and it’s killing the American people.

The Biden-Harris administration claims that they tried to fix it, but we all know they are the problem.

And Donald Trump may have just found the real solution to save the economy and rescue our country.

Trump interview reaches “record-breaking numbers”

Donald Trump and Elon Musk nearly broke the internet last Monday with a historic interview on the X platform.

The interview was threatened by European bureaucrats and a last-minute cyber-attack, but their efforts failed and the conversation was ultimately heard by millions of people around the world.

The Trump team celebrated the success of the interview in a press release the following day.

“Last night, a record-breaking number of viewers streamed President Trump’s interview with Elon Musk on X Spaces,” they wrote.

By noon the following day, over 25 million social media users had listened to the interview in its entirety.

Trump Campaign Communications Director Steven Cheung said that “President Trump will do everything he can to bring his unscripted message directly to the people.”

Trump and Musk delivered exactly what the people want, which is a policy prescription for a failing country.

“I’d be happy to help on such a commission”

The interview hit on a variety of topics, from the failed assassination attempt in June to the endless number of illegal aliens crossing our border.

But nothing hit home like the topic of rampant inflation that is wreaking havoc on the American people.

“People want to hear about the economy and the fact that they can’t buy groceries because they don’t have enough money to buy groceries,” Trump said.

Musk told Trump that the answer wasn’t found in the Inflation Reduction Act because it was just more government spending.

The pair floated the idea of establishing a Government Efficiency Committee to put an end to excessive government spending.

“I’d be happy to help out on such a commission,” Musk said.

“Well, you’re the greatest cutter,” Trump said. “I mean, I look at what you do.”.

They then discussed one of the best ways they could reduce government spending.

Musk says Trump makes a “good point” on Department of Education

During the interview, Trump told Musk that “I want to close the Department of Education—move education back to the states.”

Trump suggested that if the states had control over their education system, then it would drive competition and decrease the cost for American families.

Musk agreed with the idea and said that Trump was “making a good point.”

“If each individual state has to compete against other states, then people will naturally move to states where it’s better,” he said, before adding that he believes the agency “can be largely eliminated.”

This isn’t the first time Trump has floated the idea, and a growing number of voters support getting the federal government out of schools.
