These types of antics would have been an obvious “tell” of political bias in another era.
But in the current era of cable news, there is no longer any pretense of objectivity.
And Donald Trump’s response to his arraignment left CNN’s Jake Tapper devastated.
CNN host Tapper has made it clear that he is not a fan of Donald Trump.
But on what should have been a bad day for Trump, Tapper was the one left scowling and upset.
Trump seemed to be having a grand old time at a Cuban restaurant in Miami near the courthouse where pled “not guilty” to Jack Smith’s bogus charges.
At Miami’s famous Versailles restaurant, supporters sang Happy Birthday while calling for four more years of Trump in the White House.
Tapper’s terrible Tuesday
While Trump was smiling and buying food for supporters, Tapper was making orders to his station’s control room.
“The folks in the control room,” Tapper whined. “I don’t need to see any more of that. He’s trying to turn it into a spectacle, into a campaign ad, that’s enough of that. We’ve seen that already. Let’s go over the 37 charges Donald Trump is facing.”
The irony is that just minutes earlier Tapper chatted with Andrew McCabe, the salesman of the discredited Russian-collision hoax.

Wallace woes as well
Nicole Wallace, one of the many resident Trump-haters at MSNBC, had a similar reaction after seeing his response to the arraignment.
She similarly complained that “we don’t need to see anymore, we know where he is.”
What really upsets them is the fact that Trump has an uncanny ability to improvise.
No matter how much he is targeted by the Left, they have a genuine fear of his ability to turn lemons into lemonades.
And their ultimate fear is that Trump will use this ability to get elected and serve four more years in the Oval Office.
