Democrats, left-wing reporters, and Hollywood elites are having a complete meltdown over Elon Musk purchasing Twitter.
Many are promising to leave the platform and never return.
Elon Musk asked independent-minded voters to do one thing that caused all hell to break loose.
Democrats were counting on Big Tech to control the flow of information to voters in the 2024 elections just like they did in 2020 with the New York Post’s story on Hunter Biden’s laptop.
That’s why the Left is in a frenzy over Elon Musk purchasing Twitter and promising to turn it into a free speech platform for the world.
And apparently Elon Musk was not joking around about making drastic changes at Twitter.
He immediately began laying off thousands of Twitter employees, many who were tasked with censoring conservative speech, and restored several accounts that had previously been suspended for allegedly spreading “misinformation.”
Among those laid off were Head of Legal Policy, Trust, and Safety’s Vijaya Gadde, who led the push to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story ahead of the 2020 election.
But it was a tweet Musk sent out on Monday directed at independent-minded voters that sent the Left into a fit of rage.
In May, Musk revealed that he was voting Republican this year for the first time in his life.
“I have voted overwhelmingly for Democrats, historically – overwhelmingly,” Musk tweeted. “Like, I’m not sure, I might never have voted for a Republican, just to be clear,” he continued, before adding that “now this election, I will.”
Musk also previously told a Twitter user in a comment that he was supporting Ron DeSantis for President in 2024.
But on the day before the Midterm elections, Elon Musk is asking independent-minded voters to boot Democrats from power on Tuesday.
“To independent-minded voters:
Shared power curbs the worst excesses of both parties, therefore I recommend voting for a Republican Congress, given that the Presidency is Democratic,” Musk tweeted.

Musk had already made himself a top enemy of the Left by purchasing Twitter and following through on his promise to restore free speech on the platform.
But with Democrat control of Congress hanging by a thread, they will come at him hard for encouraging Americans to vote Republican.
And given Joe Biden’s weaponized Justice Department and FBI, that should be reason for concern for Elon Musk.
