Despite the opinion of most Democrats, oil and gas are valuable natural resources that keep the world moving forward.

As more people on the Left keep pushing Bidenmobiles on the American public, some are starting to realize that it might be a mistake.

And fracking is back on the table now that Kamala Harris is in the spotlight.

Kamala Harris flip-flops on fracking

Although she’s been adamantly against it for years, Kamala Harris has suddenly changed her mind on oil production and fracking.

According to one industry leader, many Democrats are starting to change their attitudes about oil and gas.

United Refining Company Chairman and CEO John Catsimatidis appeared on the FOX Business show Varney & Co. to talk about the change.

The billionaire said “they know we need fossil fuel energy. It’s going to be prevalent all the way to 2050, 2060, and beyond. [Democrats] are starting to recognize . . . fossil fuel energy is not made by dinosaurs. That’s all a fallacy. The planet Earth makes crude oil to liquefy it. And that’s the truth. It’s not fossil fuels.”

A report from the Harris campaign noted that the Vice President no longer supports banning fracking, which is a complete 180 of her previous stance during the last Presidential election.

Before joining President Biden’s ticket in 2019, Harris told a CNN town hall that “there’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking.”

Yet the Biden campaign and the current administration claim they’ve never supported the idea of a fracking ban.

However, President Biden said “we would make sure it’s eliminated” during a primary debate.

His campaign tried to clean up the statement by later saying that he “supports eliminating subsidies for coal and gas and deploying carbon capture.”

According to Catsimatidis, “I believe during election years, everybody flip-flops. And I do business in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is a great state, and there’s fracking going on in Pennsylvania.”

He also said that people on that state’s side of the border with New York “are driving Cadillacs. The people on the New York State side of the border are driving ’55 Chevys. I mean, it’s just crazy.”

Democrats have been pushing their green agenda nonstop

The Biden-Harris administration has been pushing a green energy agenda for three years.

They’ve claimed to try and fight rising energy prices by increasing government spending on what they deem to be “clean energy alternatives.”

But according to data from April of 2024, energy costs are up more than a third since Biden took office.

Meanwhile, the oil mogul said that “wind energy is not going to work. Solar cells, it’s not going to work. You’re not going to run the United States of America on windmills and solar cells. That’s obvious.”

“The future of America is a transition from 100% oil to maybe 50% oil over the next 20 years, over the next 30 years. If you want to know the truth, that’s the truth. And everything else is garbage,” he concluded.
