Hunter Biden is emerging as one of Joe Biden’s biggest political liabilities.
The Biden team is looking to neutralize this weakness.
And now Hunter Biden sent Donald Trump a letter containing one jaw-dropping demand.
Donald Trump is one of the many Americans who believe Hunter Biden is the prime suspect in the case of who smuggled cocaine into the White House.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump claimed that the White House knew who brought the cocaine into the building and covered up the evidence because it would embarrass Joe Biden.
“THEY 100% KNOW WHO IT IS,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “If they don’t release information, it means they destroyed the tapes & the Cocaine was for use by Hunter, & probably Crooked Joe, in order to give this total disaster of a President a little life and energy!”
Biden is desperate to make this scandal go away.
And Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, issued legal threats to Donald Trump in a cease and desist letter demanding that he stop posting on social media about Hunter Biden.
Lowell claimed Trump’s rhetoric “could lead to [Hunter Biden’s] or his family’s injury.”
Lowell cited the false claim that Trump incited an insurrection on January 6 as the reason he should stop talking about Hunter Biden.
“This is not a false alarm,” Lowell wrote. “We are just one such social media message away from another incident, and you should make clear to Mr. Trump — if you have not done so already — that Mr. Trump’s words have caused harm in the past and threaten to do so again if he does not stop.”
Lowell then tried a bit of misdirection by saying that Hunter and other members of the Biden family were not at the White House when law enforcement discovered the cocaine.
“You know, if Mr. Trump does not, that Mr. Biden has neither committed nor been accused of the charges that your client is claiming … and that the Biden family was not at the White House (let alone in the vestibule) in the period when the cocaine was found,” Lowell added.
But Hunter Biden was at the White House 48 hours before a security sweep turned up the cocaine.
Democrats have proven that they are willing to weaponize the justice system to stop Trump.
If Trump continues to post about Hunter Biden, this could be the next front in the Left’s lawfare campaign against the former President.
