No one has faced more lawfare in this nation than Donald Trump.

But it looks like the legal nightmare for Trump may finally be over.

And Jack Smith was weeping after he handed Donald Trump this big legal victory that no one saw coming.

Where is Lady Justice?

Our nation is supposed to be one based on laws with people equally subject to justice.

And if someone is unjustly arrested and prosecuted by the government, the system is set up so that the innocent can walk away from fake allegations.

Someone forgot to inform lady justice that Donald Trump is afforded the same rights as any other American.

Just because he is a voice for Middle America against the Washington, D.C. establishment doesn’t mean that the laws and safeguards in place do not apply to him.

But Trump is facing lawsuits and criminal charges on a wide range of issues.

The crimes Trump has been accused of are crimes that countless politicians do on a daily basis with no threat of jail time.

The perceived double standard leaves a bad taste in many voters’ mouths.

But no matter where your mind wanders on Trump’s legal troubles, you can’t deny the fact that the legal proceedings have hampered his campaign this election cycle.

Many have been wondering if Trump’s campaign will ever have the ability to focus solely on campaigning instead of having to worry about when he will be in court next.

It looks like Donald Trump just got a break from his legal proceedings that will be a big boost to his campaign.

Latest Trump court victory

With the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on Presidential immunity that guards some of Trump’s alleged criminal acts from prosecution, Special Counsel Jack Smith is now forced to delay his lawfare against the Republican Presidential nominee.

Last week, Jack Smith filed a request to push back the date to continue Trump’s legal proceedings in order to give his office enough time to properly assess what to do next.

In the filing, Smith’s team stated that “although those consultations are well underway, the Government has not finalized its position on the most appropriate schedule for the parties to brief issues related to the decision. The Government therefore respectfully requests additional time to provide the Court with an informed proposal regarding the schedule for pretrial proceedings moving forward.”

The judge granted the request to push back the date to continue Trump’s court case to no earlier than September 5.

This would make it practically impossible to get a conviction and sentencing before the election.

This gives Trump at least a full month to get back on the campaign trail without having to worry about being sentenced before November.
