Federal government used for get out the vote operation for Democrats
President Joe Biden won the 2020 Election by about 44,000 votes spread across Arizona, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
He began work as soon as he entered office on deploying the federal government for his re-election campaign.
Biden issued Executive Order 14019 in March 2021, which ordered federal agencies to participate in voter registration efforts and get-out-the-vote activities.
Federal agencies were ordered to work with “nonpartisan third-party organizations” that were “approved” by the Biden White House to “voter registration services on agency premises.”
The groups approved were all left-wing activist groups that are allies of the Democrat Party.
Biden’s order allowed these left-wing groups to run voter registration drives on federal property in swing states.
Vice President Kamala Harris was swapped in for Biden but she’s still a beneficiary of this illegal scheme.
The executive order violates the Hatch Act, which prohibits most federal employees from engaging in partisan political activity, and the Antideficiency Act, which prevents federal agencies from spending money that hasn’t been authorized by Congress.
James Comer and House Republicans on the case
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) threatened to subpoena Biden-Harris administration officials if they didn’t turn over documents related to the executive order to turn the federal government into a Democrat Party get-out-the-vote operation.
Comer demanded documents on “drafting, implementation, and third-party organizations involved with the order.”
The committee requested documents from the Office of Management and Budget in May but has stonewalled since then.
Five different House committees are looking into Biden’s executive order with the election fast approaching.
House Administration Committee Bryan Steil (R-WI) subpoenaed five federal officials about the executive order.
“Americans deserve transparency and trust in their elections. However, the Biden Administration has refused to comply with a lawfully issued congressional subpoena and cooperate with our investigation into their plan to use federal agencies to ‘get out the vote,’” Steil said.
The Biden-Harris administration has been trying to keep details of the federal government’s collaboration with the left-wing activist groups under wraps.
“These Biden Administration agencies failed to produce their strategic plans to implement Executive Order 14019 on multiple occasions,” Steil explained. “It’s time that these officials explain to the Committee what is in these plans, and how their agencies are implementing their plans.”
The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project made open records requests about the executive order but the federal government withheld records.
“The Biden-Harris Administration has worked exclusively with ideologically-aligned NGOs and state officials to use your tax dollars to register left-leaning voters and has obstructed all efforts at gaining transparency about the EO’s implementation,” Oversight Project chief counsel Kyle Brosnan told the Washington Examiner.
A lawsuit challenging the executive order is before the Supreme Court, but the decision likely won’t come until after the election.
The bottom line is, Kamala Harris has the federal government illegally working to help put her in the White House.
