The Biden administration has mastered the use of passing laws by executive order.
Whenever Congress refuses to do what Joe Biden wants, he just goes around them.
And now Joe Biden just created an entire new woke federal agency with the stroke of a pen.
No other President has been willing to skirt the Constitution and use questionable executive orders to govern as much as Joe Biden.
A Constitutional crisis
Of course, many of Biden’s orders will be thrown out by the courts or repealed by the next Republican President.
But it’s a disaster for the nation in the short term.
In fact, some legal experts have said Biden’s legislating through executive order is a full-blown Constitutional crisis.
And now Joe Biden is creating new federal agencies out of thin air.
The White House recently announced President Joe Biden will sign an executive order establishing the Office of Environmental Justice.
They went on to say that the new agency will drastically increase the scope of the Biden administration’s initiatives on climate change.
The new executive order directs all federal agencies to consider the “disproportionate and adverse” impacts of climate change on certain communities.
Going beyond climate change
But the executive order goes much further than that.
“With this action, the President is working to ensure that all people — regardless of race, background, income, ability, Tribal affiliation, or zip code — can benefit from the vital safeguards enshrined in our nation’s foundational environmental and civil rights laws,” the White House said in a statement.
Biden is using this new agency to work on making sure “climate change” does not disproportionately harm minorities.
The executive order will also expand the programs covered by the President’s Justice40 Initiative, which requires 40% of all funds from certain federal projects be sent to communities that are “marginalized, underserved, and overburdened by pollution.”
It also makes environmental justice a “duty” that all executive agencies must consider.
The White House also announced the Office of Management and Budget will begin publishing an Environmental Justice Scorecard as a way to track federal agency’s efforts on environmental justice initiatives.
$1 Billion more to the U.N.
The executive order comes just one day after Biden pledged $1 billion in taxpayer money to the United Nations’ Green Climate Fund, which invests in green technology around the globe.
And it comes just as Democrat Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York and Senator Edward Markey of Massachusetts reintroduced their Green New Deal in Congress.
They also introduced a companion piece of legislation focusing on healthcare.
The two radical Democrats admitted they did it to pressure the Biden administration and others to focus on inequality as part of the climate change agenda.
It’s more than likely this new department will not be funded and will be thrown out in court.
But don’t count on GOP leadership to get rid of it.
