The walls are closing in on Joe Biden right now when it comes to his mounting legal woes.
A number of Congressional investigations have shown that Joe Biden and his family may have peddled his influence as Obama’s Vice President to wealthy foreign actors.
But Joe Biden just got another headache after James Comer made this crucial request.
Impeachment may be on the table for Joe Biden if he does not comply with this basic request
Although the mainstream media is hyper-fixated on Donald Trump and his mounting legal woes, current President Joe Biden has his fair share of legal problems as well.
Since the moment the current Congress was formed last January, House Republicans have made investigating Joe Biden and his family a top priority.
As a result of some diligent investigating, House Republicans have uncovered piles of evidence indicating that Joe Biden and his family may have played a direct role in selling White House influence to foreign actors.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) gave Joe Biden a deadline of September 13 to turn over documents relating to his use of Air Force Two, which is the jet used by the Vice President of the United States.
In a joint statement penned by James Comer and Byron Donald (R-FL), the Congressmen claimed that “then-Vice President Biden’s misuse of Air Force Two and Marine Two is indicative of yet another way in which the President has abused his various offices of public trust and wasted taxpayer money to benefit his family’s enterprise, which consisted of nothing more than access to Joe Biden himself.”
They added that “Devon Archer, a longtime Biden family associate, has stated it is ‘categorically false’ that Joe Biden played no role in his son’s foreign business dealings. Flights on Air Force Two around the world to seal business deals are evidence of that role.”
Furthermore, the letter continues with demands for “unrestricted special access” to “[a]ll Air Force Two and Marine Two manifests from January 20, 2009, to January 20, 2017, that include any Biden family member or associates (Eric Schwerin, Devon Archer, or Jeffrey Cooper)” as well as any “documents and communications” about such travel or “referring to or relating to any security incidents.”

At this point, Joe Biden will have a very difficult time denying the mountain of evidence showing that he played a direct role in a number of corruption schemes.
Unfortunately, given the politicization of the American legal justice system, it will be very difficult for James Comer and his colleagues to hold Joe Biden accountable.
But if Joe Biden does not comply with these demands for information related to Air Force Two, then it appears likely that an impeachment inquiry will be on the table in the near future.
