Joe Biden just violated one SCOTUS order that you’ll pay for in multiple ways

The far-Left has suffered a series of losses at the hands of the Supreme Court since President Trump’s nominees joined the bench.

Democrats want to pack the Supreme Court and install a permanent left-wing majority.

And Joe Biden just violated one SCOTUS order that you’ll pay for in multiple ways.

Biden ignores the other branches of government

Last year, the Supreme Court of the United States made it abundantly clear that President Joe Biden had violated the Constitution when he wiped nearly $1 trillion in student loans off the books.

This white-collar bailout would have benefited Democrat voters, but the Supreme Court ruled against Joe Biden’s executive order.

The executive order was a clear attempt to juice Democrat turnout ahead of the 2022 Midterm elections.

Biden’s student loan bailout would have stolen upwards of $1 trillion from American workers who didn’t go to college or from those who worked hard to pay off their loans and handed it on a silver platter to partying college students and graduates, many with useless degrees who had no intention of paying off their obligations.

The President of the United States does have the power to pause student loan payments, as Biden has done since he first stepped foot in the Oval Office.

However, canceling loans would effectively be a budgetary move, which requires an act of Congress.

But even an order from the Supreme Court is not stopping Joe Biden from giving taxpayer money to his voters.

Biden insists on bailing out his base

Biden just announced yet another program that will bail out student loan borrowers.

The Washington Examiner reported that Biden’s new so-called “student loan forgiveness program” will essentially make community college almost free for anyone willing to make minimum repayments for a decade.

According to the Washington Examiner, under the White House’s proposal, borrowers with $12,000 or less in loans and those who have made at least 10 years of payments will be eligible for debt cancellation.

There is no minimum amount to what those payments over the ten years have to be in order to qualify for the bailout.

Biden’s plan also allows borrowers to receive the benefit after one year of additional payments per $1,000 above $12,000 borrowed.

The Department of Education claimed that the supposed “SAVE” plan will allow “85% of community college borrowers to be debt-free within 10-years.”

Despite the Supreme Court informing Joe Biden that programs like these need to go through Congress, the Examiner reported that the White House could roll out the new bailout as early as next month.
