Now we’re seeing numbers that Biden wishes no one ever saw after the Department of Homeland Security has released a report on the effects of the Biden border crisis.
Donald Trump made securing the border a focal point of his campaign and then his administration.
He fought incredibly hard to get a large portion of the southern border secured and now we’re seeing how important it is to the security of Americans.
DHS reports that, in just over the first year and a half of his Presidency, Joe Biden’s Border Patrol took over 3.5 million illegal immigrants into custody.
This is up 377% from the timeframe at the end of Trump’s presidency.
The staggering number doesn’t even include the nearly one million that were estimated to have gotten past the federal agents stationed at the border.
That brings the total number of border crossings to over twice the population of the state of New Mexico.

This trend has left many Americans feeling angry, especially while they deal with record inflation and crime in their own neighborhoods.
The only thing that Biden seems to be good at is helping the Mexican cartels.
According to DHS, the cartels have made an incredible $13 billion in 2022 from human trafficking alone.
That figure is up from $500 million in 2018 and continues to climb.
Putting it in context, Mexican cartels have made more money in 2022 from smuggling people across the US border than the entire Fox Corporation did in their fiscal year 2020-2021.
Even worse news, over 266,000 of migrant encounters at the border were with unaccompanied children since Biden took office in 2021.
According to a letter from 12 US Senators to the US Marshals service, “CBP has apprehended over 9,000 criminal immigrants, including 53 for homicide or manslaughter, 283 for sex crimes and almost 900 for assault, battery and domestic violence.”
Border Patrol can’t keep up with fentanyl, which took over 70,000 American lives in 2021
Even worse than the criminals crossing themselves – they are reportedly bringing more Chinese-created fentanyl across the border than ever.
Fentanyl claimed more than 70,000 lives of people aged 18-45 in 2021 alone—that is more deaths than car crashes, suicides, and COVID.
And the Chinese are loving seeing those kinds of numbers as it wipes out a generation of young Americans.
The truth is, Border Patrol is seeing unprecedented amounts of fentanyl seizures.
They confiscated over 24,000 pounds of the deadly drug so far between FY 2021 through August of 2022.
Criminal cartels in Mexico have been emboldened as they are allowed to freely cross the border into the US every day.
These enterprises are the only ones that the Biden administration seems to be helping with their open border policies.
