Joe Biden continually playing with fire around racial controversies finally caught up with him.
The reckoning came from an unlikely place.
And Joe Biden’s racist rant left one top Democrat at a loss for words.
Republican Presidential candidate Larry Elder continues to make the media rounds in the hopes of building his name recognition to the point that he can hit the polling thresholds to qualify for the GOP Primary debates.
That’s how Elder ended up on The Breakfast Club, a syndicated morning radio show hosted by Charlamagne Tha God.
The Breakfast Club is a mandatory stop for Democrat Presidential candidates because of its reach with black voters.
But since Elder is desperate to get his name out, he recently appeared on the show.
In the interview, Charlamagne focused on Elder being one of the most famous black conservatives in America by asking if he ever experienced a “wake up” moment.
By a “wake up” moment, Charlamagne meant if Elder ever experienced a moment where a white person made it clear to him that he was a black man by treating him in an inferior manner.
Elder waved off the question as absurd and stated that he knew he was a black man from day one.
But Elder turned the question around on Charlamagne.
He asked him if the moment in 2020 when Joe Biden told him that he was not an authentic black man because he asked questions about his record was a “wake up” moment.
“Well I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black,” Biden stated in that infamous 2020 interview with Charlamagne.
“This guy has done monstrous things to black people and then for him to come in here and tell you how you oughta think as a black person? That blew my mind,” Elder stated.
“I’m amazed that you weren’t mad about that,” Elder continued.
“Umm, I’m not going to say that upset me, just like I’m not letting you upset me,” Charlamange responded.
Elder then listed the long history of Joe Biden making awful lies about race, like when he implied that Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan would reinstitute slavery by telling a crowd of black voters that “they want to put y’all back in chains.”
Biden also lied about marching with Nelson Mandela and participating in the Civil Rights movement.
Charlamagne asked Elder how he would have responded to Biden claiming that you can’t be a real black man and vote for Donald Trump.
“What I just now said — how dare you insult me and tell me how to think as a human being, let alone a black person. I don’t tell you how to think, Joe Biden, how dare you come in here and tell me how I should think. I’m going to vote for Donald Trump if I want to vote for Donald Trump. And if I want to vote for Donald Trump, that does not make me not black,” Elder declared.
“How insulting is that? How condescending is that?” Elder answered.
Charlamagne was left with nothing to say but admit that Elder was right.
“Mmm. You’re probably right. But I didn’t take it that way,” Charlamagne conceded.
