Joe Biden has been using his Department of Justice for whatever ends he needs.
Though he likes to pretend that the DOJ’s work is not political.
But Judge Cannon crushed one of Biden’s biggest lies when she appointed a special master in the Mar-a-Lago raid case.
Attorney General Garland didn’t take the Trump raid “lightly”
When Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home was raided in August there was a lot of speculation.
What were they looking for?
Who ordered the raid?
Luckily, Joe Biden answered one of them quite quickly, “I didn’t have any advance notice. None. Not one single bit.”
But many Americans didn’t believe Biden’s response, including Donald Trump.
He posted on Truth Social following Biden’s claim, “Joe Biden said he knew nothing about the Break-in of Mar-a-Lago or, the greatest political attack in the history of the U.S. Does anybody really believe this???”
Soon after Biden’s denial, Merrick Garland was forced to come out and make a statement.
“I personally approved the decision to seek a search warrant in this matter. Second, the department does not take such a decision lightly,” he admitted at a press conference.
Mar-a-Lago raid sanctioned and “requested by the incumbent President”
Since then, America has learned that the FBI broke countless laws in the process of their raid.
They stopped Trump’s attorneys from entering the home to observe the raid, took personal medical information, and even rifled through Melania Trump’s closet.
In a surprise move, Judge Aileen Cannon ordered that there be a Special Master to review the materials that were taken from Mar-a-Lago.
At the end of page 2 in the order were some very interesting words, “requested by the incumbent President.”
The incumbent President would be someone who holds the post at the time, so Joe Biden.
This is a shocking development and goes directly against what President Biden claimed publicly.
Former FBI official says it “looks like a kind of sloppy government overreach”
Former Assistant FBI Director of Intelligence Kevin Brock weighed in on the topic with Just the News.
He said, “The more that’s revealed, the more it looks like a kind of sloppy government overreach is in play,” and that it looks, “more than a bit loose to those of us who have executed numerous search warrant.”
Brock commented further after it was reported the agents were handling the evidence collection.
He suggested that they were over collecting and going beyond the scope of the investigation.
According to Brock, “they’re given a specific tracking number, barcodes, if you will, and each piece is gone through meticulously before you leave the premises to make sure that it’s within the scope of the document.”
Brock would be “concerned” if he were the prosecutor
Then Brock took it to a prosecutorial perspective explaining that the case may have been tainted from the beginning.
He said if he were the prosecutor, “I am concerned going forward that this search warrant could be suppressed for those types of reasons, and they would lose access to anything that was collected throughout the search as a fruit of the poisonous tree.”
The more information that comes out the worse it gets for Biden and the FBI.
