Kamala Harris is turning into a major issue in the 2024 Presidential election.

It’s clear that Democrats have a huge problem on their hands.

And Kamala Harris got very nervous when a top Democrat refused to say one word about her.

Maryland Democrat Congressman Jamie Raskin became the second top Party official to refuse to endorse the idea of Kamala Harris continuing on as Joe Biden’s running mate.

Earlier on CNN, Nancy Pelosi declined three times when asked by host Anderson Cooper to support Kamala Harris joining Joe Biden on the 2024 ticket.

CNN’s Jake Tapper put that same question to Raskin, one of Pelosi’s top lieutenants.

Raskin served as a House Mager in the second Trump impeachment hoax as well as a member of the January 6 witch hunt committee.

And like Pelosi, Raskin refused to endorse Harris continuing on as the running mate.

“Well, obviously, she gave the right answer, that’s President Biden’s choice, and I think she’s an excellent running mate for President Biden. You know, I don’t know what more needs to be said about that. Obviously, people are still trying to throw Presidential politics into turmoil, but President Biden and Vice President Harris are running on an excellent record: $1.2 trillion investment in the Infrastructure Act, record investment in climate action. We’ve reduced prescription drug prices, and so he has a very strong policy record to run on there. I want to resist dependency to try to trivialize all politics because of personalities,” Raskin stated.

Tapper followed up by saying that he wasn’t asking about personalities, but instead wanted to know if Raskin thought Harris still had a place on the ticket.

“I don’t know what else I could say,” Raskin responded.

“You could say yes,” Tapper followed up.

Raskin again declined to endorse Harris on the ticket in 2024.

“I don’t know whether President Biden has named his running mate. We’re going to a convention next summer. You know, it’s a year away from now, and we’re going to go through that process,” Raskin added.

Tapper wondered why Raskin wouldn’t endorse the sitting Vice President remaining as the Vice President.

“I mean, you could say yes. You could say, ‘Yes, I think Kamala Harris is the best Vice President and the best running mate for President Biden.’ That’s the answer you could be giving right now. Yes, she is,” Tapper stated.

Raskin ducked answering for a third time.

“So I’ve not seen any public opinion polling. You know, as you might be a stronger Vice Presidential running mate than her or me or anybody else. I don’t know who else if you’re talking about the polling, but I would tell you, as a matter of substance in public policy, she’d be an excellent choice. She and the President have done an excellent job,” Raskin concluded.

Democrats know Joe Biden is too old to run again.

They also know Kamala Harris can’t win a General Election.

By top Democrats like Pelosi and Raskin withholding their support for Harris, it looks like they are trying to signal to other candidates that it’s safe to get into the race and challenge her if Joe Biden bows to reality and refuses to run for re-election.
