Kamala Harris thought she was the darling of the Democrat Party.

But some party members are making their true feelings known.

And Kamala Harris was blindsided when Democrats gave her this brutal rejection.

Vulnerable Democrats are skipping the national convention

The Democrat National Convention in Chicago is going to be a celebration of Vice President Kamala Harris.

She’s been turned into a rock star by Democrats and their media allies after she was parachuted in for President Joe Biden.

But not everyone in the Democrat Party feels that way.

Vulnerable Democrats who are up for reelection this year are trying to distance themselves from Harris by skipping the party’s convention.

Five House Democrats running in some of the most competitive races in the country recently announced that they won’t attend the convention.

Representative Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA) – one of the most endangered Democrat incumbents – announced that she’s skipping it in order to campaign in her district.

Senate Democrats are trying to distance themselves from Harris

U.S. Senator Jon Tester (D-MT) is considered the most endangered Senate Democrat up for re-election this November.

Montana went overwhelmingly for former President Donald Trump in the 2016 and 2020 elections.

The former President is expected to cruise to victory in the state once again in November.

A recent The Hill/Emerson College poll found Trump leading Harris by 15 points in Montana.

Tester was trailing his Republican challenger, former Navy SEAL Tim Sheehy, by two points in the poll.

He’s going to have to get Trump voters to split their tickets and vote for him in order to have any chance of winning.

The Montana lawmaker, who helped recruit Harris to run for the Senate in 2016, is skipping his party’s convention.

A Tester spokesman told Fox News Digital that the Senator “plans to spend his August farming and meeting face to face with Montanans.”

He remains one of the few elected Democrats who hasn’t endorsed Harris for President after she became the party’s nominee.

Fox News reporter Kelly Phares asked him about endorsing Harris.

“We’re working on my race right now, focused totally on that,” Tester said. “We’re going to win. And we’ll deal with the Presidential race when we have time to do that.”

U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) is also running scared from Harris in a hotly contested re-election race.

Trump carried Ohio by eight points in the 2016 and 2020 elections.

Brown announced that he wouldn’t attend the Democrat National Convention.

“I often skip conventions,” Brown said. “I’ll go to conventions maybe a day sometimes. I don’t plan to go.”

“Sherrod is going to be traveling across the state, meeting with workers, and doing his job serving the people of Ohio,” Brown campaign spokeswoman Eliza Green stated.

Brown is straight-up lying about skipping conventions.

This is the first one he’s skipped since he was first elected to Congress in 1994.

Democrats are treating Kamala Harris like she’s the belle of the ball.

Vulnerable Democrats know that her brand of San Francisco socialism is bad news in competitive states and districts.
