Led by Mitch McConnell, the RINOs in the Senate want to keep conservatives out of the Upper Chamber.

They’re willing to do anything to make sure that the establishment is firmly in control.

And Kari Lake got a secret offer from the establishment that has all hell breaking loose.

Arizona Republican Senate candidate Kari Lake is one of the most outspoken allies of former President Donald Trump.

Rumor swirled that the Republican establishment would recruit a Primary challenger in the Arizona Senate race against her.

So far, no challengers have emerged and she appears to be the heavy favorite to win the Republican nomination.

The Republican establishment had another plan to keep her out of the Senate.

Lake released a secret audio recording with Arizona Republican Party Chairman Jeff DeWit telling her that powerful people were willing to pay her to not run for office.

“There are very powerful people who want to keep you out,” DeWit said.

DeWit, the chief operating officer for Trump’s 2020 campaign, told her to keep their conversation quiet.

“So the ask I got today from back east was: ‘Is there any companies out there or something that could just put her on the payroll to keep her out?’” DeWit asked.

“This is about defeating Trump and I think that’s a bad, bad thing for our country,” Lake said.

DeWit then asked her to name her number.

“Just say, is there a number at which…,” DeWit said, before Lake interrupted with “I can be bought? That’s what it’s about.”

“You can take a pause for a couple of years. You can go right back to what you’re doing,” DeWit replied.

Lake told him that she wouldn’t do it for a billion dollars.

“This is not about money, it’s about our country,” Lake said.

The conversation was recorded when Lake was considering launching a bid for Arizona’s Senate seat in March.

It would appear based on the recording that the GOP establishment was willing to go to great lengths to keep her out of the race.

DeWit resigned from his position as Arizona Republican Party Chairman after the recording came out and accused Lake’s campaign of blackmail.

He said the recording that Lake released took their conversation out of context.

Lake threatened to release another recording if he didn’t resign from his position.

“This morning, I was determined to fight for my position. However, a few hours ago, I received an ultimatum from Lake’s team: resign today or face the release of a new, more damaging recording,” DeWit said in his resignation letter. “I am truly unsure of its contents, but considering our numerous past open conversations as friends, I have decided not to take the risk. I am resigning as Lake requested.”

Lake said at the Trump victory party for the New Hampshire Primary that Americans are sick of the corruption.

“The people are rising up and saying, no, we want our country back,” Lake told the Daily Mail. “We want our government back and we will no longer put up with one more ounce of corruption. And the truth is all coming out now.”

Republican politics were turned upside down in the crucial battleground state of Arizona thanks to Lake’s secret recording.
