Former RINO Congresswoman Liz Cheney can’t let go of her blind hatred for Donald Trump.
But no one could foresee what would happen next.
And Liz Cheney made one 2024 threat to Donald Trump that led to an unbelievable result.
In an appearance on CNN’s State of the Union, Liz Cheney repeated her mindless talking points about how Donald Trump was a threat to democracy and Democrats must defeat him in the 2024 election.
Cheney falsely claimed that “there can be no question that he will unravel the institutions of our democracy.”
The former Congresswoman – who lost her Primary to a Trump-backed challenger by a humiliating 37 points – absurdly argued that Donald Trump weaponizing the justice system was the real threat America faced.
“He cannot be the next President, because if he is, all of the things that he attempted to do, but was stopped from doing by responsible people around him at the Department of Justice, at the White House Counsel’s Office, all of those things, he will do. There will be no guardrails,” Cheney added.
Cheney and left-wing host Jake Tapper glossed over the fact that the sitting Democrat President deputized a Democrat Attorney General to appoint a Democrat Special Counsel to indict Trump and try him in front of a Democrat judge and jury in Washington, D.C.
The Democrat judge and prosecutor in the Washington, D.C case are now threatening to throw Trump in jail for criticizing this prosecution on the campaign trail even though his opponents are making the fact that he is under criminal indictment their chief argument about why he can’t return to power.
Everyone’s heard Cheney wail and moan about Donald Trump and democracy.
But since Cheney’s not a sitting member of Congress, her thoughts on the issues of the day are utterly irrelevant.

That’s what Cheney did when Tapper asked her if she was ruling out a bid for the Presidency in 2024 as part of a plan to stop Trump.
“No, I’m not,” Cheney responded.
Cheney then told Tapper that she would make it her mission to help elect Democrats down ballot next year to make sure Donald Trump and the GOP didn’t hold power.
“I will tell you what I’m definitely going to do. I’m going to spend the next year, between now and the election, certainly helping to elect serious people, helping to elect sane people to Congress,” Cheney added.
“We are facing a moment in American politics where we have to set aside partisanship, and we have to make sure that people who believe in the Constitution are willing to come together to prevent him from ever again setting foot anywhere near the Oval Office,” Cheney concluded.
The idea of Liz Cheney running for President on a third party ticket is laugh out loud funny.
Cheney has no appeal to GOP voters and her running would only serve to hurt Joe Biden since Never-Trumpers could cast a ballot for her as their protest of Donald Trump instead of voting for Biden.
