Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ Presidential campaign has so far not lived up to the hype.
DeSantis is trailing in the polls and had to fire staffers after his fundraising did not meet expectations.
But Megyn Kelly just revealed the one thing that could save Ron DeSantis in 2024.
Ron DeSantis experienced the highs and lows of a Presidential campaign in one 24-hour period.
On July 14, DeSantis turned in a standout performance at the Iowa Family Leader Summit, the first event featuring multiple GOP candidates in a forum.
However, DeSantis’ campaign was reeling by the next day.
DeSantis’ fundraising fell short, as he only raised 14 percent of his $20 million from the grassroots, while the other $14 million came from big-money members of the donor class who maxed out and thus cannot donate again.
As a result, his campaign fired a dozen staffers, which only fueled the narrative that DeSantis is caught in a death spiral.
Megyn Kelly had a suggestion for how DeSantis could try and pull the nose up on his White House bid.
Kelly told the Daily Signal that DeSantis should remind Republican voters what they liked about him in the first place by appearing on media outlets like MSNBC and going to battle with left-wing activists.

DeSantis rose to prominence during COVID for his press conferences, where he calmly detailed the science and data that showed lockdowns and masks were ineffective and did not work.
Reporters leaned into the COVID hysteria partly because restrictions became a way of life on the Left and partly because the press saw it as a means to defeat Donald Trump in the 2024 election.
DeSantis led the charge in Red states to reject Dr. Fauci’s COVID tyranny and thrashed reporters’ Democrat Party talking points disguised as questions.
DeSantis and his team seem to think Megyn Kelly is on to something, as part of the campaign’s rescue operation includes him sitting for an interview with left-wing CNN host Jake Tapper.
