President Joe Biden is fuming over Ron DeSantis’ response to WHO treaty

President Joe Biden and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis have been butting heads since the minute Biden reached the Oval Office.

Their pair could eventually end up running against each other in the 2024 Presidential Election.

In the meantime, the President is seeing red after what the People’s Governor just said about the World Health Organization.

The World Health Organization – and its ever-conflicting recommendations – gained influence across the globe during the COVID pandemic.

And now, with Monkeypox gaining worldwide attention, WHO is looking to expand its power.

WHO wants countries around the world to sign on to a Global Pandemic Treaty.

The treaty would set standards for detecting, assessing, reporting, and responding to public health events.

The treaty hands a massive increase in control to the unelected, unaccountable WHO.

And who was quick to look around his office for a pen in hopes to be the first name on the list?

None other than President of the United States Joe Biden.

President Biden has signaled he will sign the treaty – his support for a Global Pandemic Treaty goes back to November of 2021, when he first said he’d support such a treaty in the future.

However, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has no plans on letting WHO dictate how he runs the Sunshine State.

“We in Florida, there is no way we will ever support this WHO thing,” Gov. DeSantis said. “That’s not going to happen. No way.”

DeSantis is concerned about WHO’s previous track record.

“You saw a lot of these elites advocate very pernicious policies,” Gov. DeSantis added. “That’s part of the reason people want to move here is because we rejected those policies. But they advocated very pernicious policies, including locking kids out of school.”

As common-sense citizens balk at the idea of letting a foreign agency control U.S. health policy – supposed journalists at CNN, The Washington Post, and more have already started shooting the messenger, because they can’t argue the message.

Instead of explaining why the United States would ever consider letting an international agency dictate U.S. policy, leftists are labeling anyone who doesn’t support the WHO Global Pandemic Treaty as “conspiracy theorists.”

It’s a tactic the American public has witnessed many times from the Left-wing.

COVID numbers are overblown, masks aren’t fully effective, the vaccine doesn’t prevent COVID infection, the media is drumming up racial tensions for political reasons, and schools are grooming kids with the LGBT agenda in classrooms.

What do all of those things have in common?

They’re all conspiracy theories – well, at least according to the fact-checkers from entirely left-wing sources.

The WHO treaty is set to be discussed and adopted at the Geneva World Health Assembly running through May 28.

Tucker Carlson has reported the treaty is not fully complete as of yet – but a “working group” has disseminated a summary of what it’s going to look like.

“The document begins by promising to restrict the W.H.O’s authority just to pandemics,” Carlson said. “Calm down, it’s just pandemics: ‘W.H.O. Secretariat to play the leading, convening and coordinating role in operational aspects of emergency response to a pandemic.’”

So, on its face, it sounds like a coordination of global pandemic efforts – which alone is scary – but it gets worse, much worse.

“Here’s the catch. The World Health Organization gets to define what a pandemic is, when a pandemic is in progress and how long a pandemic lasts,” Carlson added. “Then you read the fine print and you realize the W.H.O will have total authority over emergency operations in the United States if there’s ever a ‘public health emergency.’”

With any luck, backlash will force Biden to reconsider to save his skin, much like how the “Ultra-MAGA” got the President’s Disinformation Governance Board paused indefinitely.
