Ron DeSantis has long been seen as a leader in the fight for freedom – not only for the people of Florida but all Americans.
He showed everyone that there were good people in government fighting back against the draconian lockdowns and mandates from COVID-19.
Now DeSantis is calling for a grand jury investigation that has Anthony Fauci and Big Pharma furious.
Ron DeSantis announces “petition with the Supreme Court of Florida” for investigation to Big Pharma
Ron DeSantis has officially declared war on Big Pharma this week when he announced plans to investigate the practices of the vaccine manufacturers to expose “any and all wrongdoing.”
DeSantis has long been a leader in the movement for personal medical freedom and autonomy.
He’s been vocal in his stance against private industry mandates of the COVID vaccines and helped create legislation to ensure all parents will have a choice with their children.
During a roundtable with his top health officials he made the announcement, “Today, I’m announcing a petition with the Supreme Court of Florida to empanel a statewide grand jury to investigate any and all wrongdoing in Florida with respect to Covid vaccines.”
Such charges aren’t “unprecedented” and DeSantis is confident they will “get the data” they want
DeSantis says that unethical actions taken by Big Pharma wouldn’t be “unprecedented.”
He noted previous rulings against Big Pharma stating that Florida was a recipient of “$3.2 billion through legal action against those responsible for the opioid crisis.”
He says he’s confident that his office will “be able to get the data whether they want to give it or not.”
There’s a valid concern as to how the vaccine was presented at the onset of its distribution.
Efficacy and safety ratings have declined dramatically, which is what DeSantis is concerned about.
He says that “In Florida,” as well as the entire country, “it is illegal to mislead and misrepresent, especially when you are talking about the efficacy of a drug.”
FL Surgeon General says risk profile isn’t in “the same ballpark” as “other vaccines”
DeSantis didn’t go into any further detail about what he expected to find.
However, the implication is that the manufacturers were not being truthful when marketing the products.
The Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo has been critical of the COVID vaccines.
He’s recommended against certain age ranges and parents giving the vaccines to children.
During the roundtable he said the “risk [of side effects] is much higher . . . not in the same ballpark as other vaccines.”
His recommendation not to vaccinate healthy children received a strong rebuke from the federal government and corporate-controlled media.
DeSantis backed him 100% stating, “the data that’s coming in on this is showing for healthy kids very little benefit in terms of what the vaccine is doing.”
Pfizer responds saying the vaccine authorization is based on “robust and independent” studies
Pfizer gave Daily Mail a response following DeSantis’s announcement.
They said that “regulatory agencies across the globe have authorized the use of our COVID-19 vaccine.”
According to Pfizer this is “based on robust and independent evaluation of the scientific data on quality, safety, and efficacy,” adding that “data from real-world studies complement the clinical trial data and provide additional evidence that the vaccine provides effective protection against severe disease.”
