Americans are anxious to find out if Ron DeSantis will run for the White House in 2024.

But while voters wait on his decision, DeSantis continues to rack up victories in Florida.

And now Ron DeSantis is celebrating another big win over Democrats at the ballot box.

DeSantis just keeps winning

Many conservatives are calling for “Ron to the rescue.”

It’s a popular refrain from conservatives who want Republican Governor Ron DeSantis to make a bid for the White House in 2024.

But in the meantime, DeSantis is building momentum and handing the Left defeat after defeat.

He signed several pieces of legislation aimed at taking extreme left-wing indoctrination out of the classroom.

He took on the largest employer in the state, Walt Disney, and made them pay a price for opposing the Parental Rights in Education Bill.

He beat Big Media by repeatedly “disabusing” them of the fictional narratives they try to spin.

In the 2022 Midterm elections, he soundly beat Democrats and turned Florida into a solid Red state.

And now he just handed Democrats another big loss.

Interesting results in Jacksonville’s Mayoral race

On Tuesday, voters in Jacksonville headed to the polls to elect their next Mayor.

When the dust settled and the smoke cleared, no candidate earned a clear majority that was needed to win the race outright.

Democrat Donna Deegan ended the race in first place, but with just 39%.

But when Deegan entered the runoff in the lead, it was not Democrats who received the most votes on Election Day – it was Republicans.

With seven candidates on the jungle primary ballot to run the largest city in Florida, Republican candidates received 51% of the vote.

Meanwhile, Democrats only picked up 48% support.

That means, despite finishing first on Election Day, Republican Daniel Davis has a great opportunity to upend Deegan and win the runoff.

This is further evidence that Florida – once considered the swingiest of the battleground states – is truly a Red state now after four years of DeSantis as Governor.

DeSantis’ winning record

In the 2022 Midterms, DeSantis won his re-election campaign in the traditionally Purple state by 19.5 points – or more than 1.5-million votes – against arguably the most competitive candidate Democrats could have put up in former Governor Charlie Crist.

But DeSantis also had coattails.

And Republican Senator Marco Rubio rode those coattails to win what was supposed to be a close race by 16.5 points.

And DeSantis’ fight for a favorable House map in redistricting also led to the GOP flipping four Blue seats Red and taking control of the U.S. House of Representatives.

The General Election is scheduled for May 16, which gives Davis and Deegan just a couple of months to sway voters.

After incorporating much of Duval County, Jacksonville has nearly one-million residents, more than double the population of Miami.

Do you approve of the job Ron DeSantis is doing as Governor of Florida?
