But social justice warriors are stomping their feet in rage after the Texas Supreme Court made this landmark ruling.

All across the western world, the radical Left has expressed their desire to make what they deem “gender-affirming care” available to all transgendered youth.
Such “care” often involves puberty blockers, hormonal treatments, and even sex change operations.
In America, young adults are not allowed to drink until they are 21, yet the radical Left believes children should be able to choose which gender they are at any age.
Fortunately, there are some states that have taken significant steps to prevent and even outlaw so-called “gender-affirming care” for children.
The state of Texas for example recently passed a measure that bans minors from medically transitioning.
However, a woke District Judge filed an injunction on the law.
The Judge argued that the law violates the rights of transgender minors and the doctors who perform these repulsive procedures.
As soon as the injunction was placed, Texas lawmakers filed an appeal, which went all the way to the Texas Supreme Court.
Fortunately, the Texas Supreme Court lifted the injunction and ruled that the law banning surgeries on transgendered youth would officially take effect on Friday, September 1.
The far-Left American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) rebuked this ruling, saying that “transgender youth and their families are forced to confront the start of the school year fearful of what awaits them. But let us be clear: The fight is far from over.”
Meanwhile, others are praising this decision, such as Jonathan Covey, who serves as the Policy Director of Texas Value.
In a statement, Covey said that “Texas kids are safer today because of the Supreme Court ruling. Protecting children from harmful and dangerous gender transition surgeries and puberty blockers is in the best interests of the child and something we all agree on.”
No child should ever be groomed into making a permanent and dangerous decision
21 states across the nation have already banned doctors from transitioning minors.
Although this is a step in the right direction, 29 states still allow this horrific practice.
In most states, children cannot get tattoos, drink alcohol, or smoke tobacco, yet the radical Left thinks it’s perfectly fine for them to receive permanent and dangerous surgery.
Most Americans would agree that transitioning minors is wrong and Congress ought to consider banning it at the federal level.
