The radical Left is doing everything they can to indoctrinate the children of America.

A viral video of a drag group marching at New York City’s Pride event last weekend put it on full display.

But now these LGBTQ activists are trying to gaslight Americans into believing they are the real victims.

Pride Month is finally wrapping up, and this year has proven to be a watershed moment for the LGBTQ movement. Average Americans have pushed back on corporations for endorsing the leftist agenda, leading some to back down from their previous level of support.

Now a disturbing video of “Drag Marchers” went viral that has parents fuming. The video should be seen as a warning that the Left’s push to capture the minds of children is far from over.

Last weekend, New York City was swarmed by LGBTQ activists for their annual Pride Parade. But the most shocking moment was when revelers marched through the streets chanting “we’re here, we’re queer, we’re coming for your children.”  

Now LGBTQ activists are responding to the video and trying to excuse the behavior of the drag queens.

LGBTQ activists: Drag queens are “victims”

Brian Griffin was the organizer for the event that captured millions of views and sparked anger online. NBC News sat down Griffin and Karla Jay, a prominent gay activist in New York City, for an interview earlier this week to try and ease tension across the nation. 

“It’s all just words,” Griffin said, adding that the group was trying to “fulfill [the] worst stereotypes” of the LGBTQ community. He told the reporter that the LGBTQ community is trying to reappropriate “words that they’ve used all our lives to manipulate and control them.”

Jay echoed Griffin’s sentiment by saying that they were simply trying to make a mockery of conservative concerns about grooming. She said that they were trying to “destigmatize” their movement and “claim their own power.” She said that the drag queens were “victims” and shouldn’t get any of the blame.

Twitter users correct the record on NBC News article that defended the chant

NBC News shared their article online and added the comment that “the ‘coming for your children’ chant has been used for years at Pride events, according to longtime march attendees and gay rights activists who said it’s one of many provocative expressions used to regain control of slurs against LGBTQ people.”

Twitter’s Community Notes were quickly added to the post containing the article. They said that this chant is “not a historical part of Pride” and that the article posted by NBC News was a “misinterpretation of Pride’s history.” They suggested that the phrase was used for the first time in 2021.

In 2021, the San Francisco Gay Men’s choir created another viral video where they said conservatives “are correct” for claiming they want to “convert your children.” If you’ve never seen this video, then be warned, it has a certain shock value.
