Politicians always behave in a friendly and kind manner whenever they are in front of the American public.

But behind closed doors, the behavior doesn’t always jive with their faux public personas.

And this shocking report revealed the truth about what Harris staffers had to endure during her angry outbursts.

Kamala Harris hurled “F-bombs” at staffers

A new report reveals that Vice President Kamala Harris constantly insulted and bullied her staff when she was California’s Attorney General.

In a 2019 op-ed from Professor Terry McAteer published in the California publication The Union, there were some “eye-opening” incidents when his son Gregory was an intern for Harris.

The article is titled Another Side to Kamala Harris and is chock-full of allegations about her behavior.

McAteer is a Democrat and comes from a long line of people with political ties to the Party.

However, he said his son saw a “side of Kamala Harris which the general public does not know.”

“Harris vocally throws around ‘F-bombs’ and other profanity constantly in her berating of staff and others,” he wrote. “As AG, Harris instructed her entire staff to stand every morning as she entered the office and say, ‘Good morning, General.’”

The professor also said that his son was “given instructions to never address Harris nor look her in the eye as that privilege was only allowed to senior staff members.”

McAteer also alleged that staff members didn’t initiate an introduction of Gregory to Harris because they were “in complete fear” of her during her tenure as Attorney General from 2011 to 2017.

He also said that while he has “nothing against” Harris, she did not show the leadership skills or the treatment that someone should expect from their boss during their internship.

Gregory’s LinkedIn page, which is no longer active, showed that he was a “public policy intern” for Kamala Harris from June to August of 2011.

In a screenshot from RedState, his job description noted that he “Assisted in researching/analyzing federal crime statistics in support of the Attorney General’s ‘Tactical Smart Crime Initiative.’”

Nothing new for Harris

Another staffer who worked for Harris when she became Vice President in 2021 called her a “bully.”

That ex-staffer told the Washington Post “it’s clear that you’re not working with somebody who is willing to do the prep and the work.”

“With Kamala, you have to put up with a constant amount of soul-destroying criticism and also her own lack of confidence. So, you’re constantly sort of propping up a bully and it’s not really clear why,” they said.

The op-ed from McAteer came back into the spotlight when OpenTheBooks.com, a self-described “government watchdog organization,” reported that Harris is experiencing a stunning 91.5% staff turnover rate in the Office of the Vice President.

That number is much higher than President Joe Biden’s staff turnover rate of 77% and former President Donald Trump’s rate of 72%.

So while the public might think Kama Harris is friendly, many of the people behind the scenes would say otherwise.
