Many legal experts are skeptical that the charges against President Trump will stick.

But the leftist Manhattan District Attorney is pressing forward with the case.

And Trump said two words about Alvin Bragg’s case that sent the Left into a fit of rage.

Faced with a Tuesday arraignment in New York, Donald Trump sharply criticized the indictment from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Trump is adamant that there is no case and that it is “impossible” to conceive that he would receive a fair trial.

In messages on Truth Social, Trump tore into Bragg and demanded a change in venue.

“The Corrupt D.A. has no case,” Trump wrote. “What he does have is a venue where it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to get a Fair Trial (it must be changed!), and a Trump Hating Judge, hand selected by the Soros backed D.A. (he must be changed!). Also has the DOJ working in the D.A.’s Office – Unprecedented!”

New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan oversaw the criminal tax fraud case against the Trump Organization.

In that case, two companies within the Trump Organization were found guilty of felonies related to tax fraud and falsifying business records.

Far-Left Democrat billionaire George Soros maintains that he does not know the Manhattan District Attorney who charged Trump.

The charges relate to an alleged hush money scandal involving $130,000 given to porn star Stormy Daniels and $150,000 to former Playboy model Karen McDougal as improper payments from the Trump campaign in 2016.

In previously revealing his travel plans, Trump said “America was not supposed to be this way!” He added that it was pure “ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!”

Joe Tacopina, Trump’s attorney, said that he expects to make a motion to dismiss any charges revealed in the indictment that is unsealed.

“Whether you lean to the Right or the Left or you’re a supporter or detractor of Donald Trump, this should really bother you,” Tacopina said. “This should really shake the core of what we believe our justice system should be about,” he continued, before adding that “it should not be weaponized to go after political opponents.”
