Obama and Biden-appointed judges have routinely shunned their duty
A former United States President or a leading candidate for President has never faced as much legal scrutiny as Donald Trump.
One of Donald Trump’s most significant cases involves the indictments related to the events at the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
This indictment came just days after House Republicans made significant breakthroughs in the Joe and Hunter Biden corruption investigations.
And to add insult to injury, the case will be overseen by extreme far-Left federal Judge Tanya Chutkan.
Chutkan was appointed to serve as a Judge for the United States District Court of the District of Columbia in 2014 by former President Barack Obama.
Not only has Chutkan donated to Barack Obama’s campaign, but she has also spoken out about her hatred for Donald Trump and his supporters.
In a memo released by reporter Julie Kelley, Judge Chutkan compared the January 6 protests to the attacks on September 11 and the Boston Marathon bombing when setting the trial date for former President Trump.
“The trial will start three years, one month, and 27 days after the events of January 6, 2021,” Chutkan wrote. “ The trial involving the Boston Marathon bombing began less than two years after the events. The trial involving Zacarias Moussaoui for his role in the September 11 attacks was set to begin one year after the attacks; but due to continuances, appeals, and voluminous discovery, it began roughly four years later.”
The date that has been settled for the trial is none other than Monday, March 4, 2024, which is one day before Super Tuesday.
Many legal experts believe this exemplifies her bias against Donald Trump and should disqualify her from presiding over the case.

Judge Tanya Chutkan’s anti-Trump past ought to disqualify her from presiding over this case, which is a farce to begin with.
Whether it is the conveniently timed trial date or Judge Chutkan’s political bias, the bottom line is that justice is not being carried out here.
Justice is supposed to be blind.
But in Judge Chutkan’s case, justice is nothing more than politically motivated payback, which completely undermines the American legal system.
