Kamala Harris made her long-awaited running mate selection last week.

Kamala Harris tapped Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who has a controversial record going back decades.

And veterans everywhere are demanding answers after Tim Walz’s past came into question.

Tim Walz has some explaining to do as his shady military record comes to the surface

Some of America’s greatest Presidents and political figures first developed their leadership skills in the United States military.

George Washington, Andrew Jackson, and Dwight D. Eisenhower all had legendary military careers before dabbling in politics, which shows that Americans typically support individuals who risked their lives for our country on the battlefield.

In an attempt to win over voters, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has routinely bragged about his military record.

Walz claims that he served in the Minnesota National Guard during the Iraq war.

Now that Kamala Harris has selected Walz to serve as her running mate, his military record has become subject to intense review.

In a blow to the Harris/Walz campaign, members of Walz’s battalion have spoken out and accused him of embellishing and even flat-out lying about his military career.

The New York Post reported that Walz retired from his unit just before it deployed to Iraq in July of 2005.

Walz and his allies in the media claim that he retired before the unit received its deployment orders.

However, members of his unit have nothing good to say about him.

Furthermore, a recent clip came out that shows Walz telling a room of voters that “I spent 25 years in the Army and I hunt. I’ve been voting for common sense legislation that protects the Second Amendment, but we can do background checks. We can research the impacts of gun violence. We can make sure those weapons of war, that I carried in war, are only carried in war.”

During last Wednesday’s episode of The Ingraham Angle, retired Command Sergeant Major Thomas Behrends detailed his experience serving with Governor Tim Walz.

According to Behrends, Walz’s military career is “far darker than a lot of people think.”

“He’s used the rank that he never achieved in order to advance his political career. I mean, he still says he’s a retired command sergeant major to this day, and he’s not. He uses the rank of others to make it look like he’s a better person than he is,” he added.

Behrends then commented on the leaked clip of Walz bragging about his military service.

“To most people, that would mean that he was actually in combat, carrying a weapon in a combat zone and getting combat pay and in a dangerous and hostile environment where he is getting shot at,” he said.

Kamala Harris may soon regret choosing Walz as her running mate

Kamala Harris’ decision to tap Tim Walz as her running mate has shocked many voters across the nation.

Walz has a very far-Left record of supporting radical measures like late-term abortion and pro-crime policies.

He openly bragged about allowing the 2020 George Floyd riots to happen, which many moderate voters across America find scary.
