Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report detailing how Biden’s cognitive impairment would never allow a jury to convict him on charges of stealing classified documents obliterated the media cover-up of the true state of his condition.
Even Biden’s donors are now complaining about it.
Big money contributors leaked to Axios that Biden takes pre-selected questions from pre-screened donors so that his staff can prepare a script for him to read from.
“President Biden has been using notecards in closed-door fundraisers, calling on prescreened donors and then consulting his notes to provide detailed answers, according to people familiar with the routine,” Axios reported.
“Biden’s reliance on notecards to help explain his own policy positions — on questions he knows are coming — is raising concerns among some donors about Biden’s age,” Axios also reported.
Biden staff’s terror in allowing him to speak in an unscripted setting became a major story just days after Hur released his report, as Biden refused to participate in the traditional Super Bowl pregame show interview with the President.
Bailing on the chance to speak to tens of millions of Americans was an admission on the part of Biden and his team that Hur was correct when his report described him as an “elderly man” suffering from a “poor memory.”
Biden using cheat sheets to get through the question-and-answer session was a scandal hiding in plain sight.
On the rare occasion Biden holds a press conference, he’s been photographed holding a list of the reporters his staff approved for questions as well as notecards with bullet point answers to these questions.
He literally has to take pre-screened questions from journalists.

Of course, the fact that the press never made a scandal out of how Biden has held fewer press conferences than any President and that he can only get through these rare press events with a carefully crafted script is a scandal in and of itself.
