The establishment elites in the Swamp have proven time and time again that they don’t care about the American people.

While the country is under threat by an invasion of illegal aliens, they can only think about more money for Ukraine.

And JD Vance (R-OH) just warned Americans about hidden context in the latest Ukrainian spending bill.

Chuck Schumer “can’t remember” the last time Senate was in session for the Super Bowl

While millions of Americans were busy watching the Super Bowl, Senators were rushing through a spending package to fund wars around the world.

The Sunday vote followed a public rejection of Biden’s so-called border security bill that attempted to tie funding for Ukraine and Israel to the border crisis.

The previous version of the bill was seen as an amnesty plan for millions of illegal aliens and failed to pass the scrutiny of the House of Representatives.

Now, Congress is trying to steamroll a $95 billion spending package to send military aid to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.

Democrat Senators championed the effort to get the spending package done, with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer saying that he “can’t remember the last time the Senate was in session on Super Bowl Sunday.”

Trump plans to “settle” the war in Ukraine

The bill passed the Senate with 67 votes, but now a Senator is sounding the alarm on one specific provision in the bill.

Ohio Senator JD Vance issued a memo to his Republican colleagues in both chambers warning them about what he calls an “impeachment time bomb.”

In the memo, Vance highlighted President Trump’s promise to end the conflict in Ukraine in less than 24 hours if reelected.

The Senator quoted Trump as saying “we’ve got to get that war settled and I’ll get it settled.”

It appears that lawmakers in the Senate see the prospect of another Trump administration as likely and are already trying to stand in the way.

The bill includes $1.6 billion in foreign military funding for Ukraine as well as $13.7 billion for the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative.

The funds would extend into the next administration and Vance said that they’ve already got a plan to stop Trump from ending the financing of the war.

Hidden in the bill is a provision to block Trump from “pursuing his desired policy”

According to the memo, the foreign military financing and Ukrainian Security Assistance Initiative “are the exact same accounts President Trump was impeached for pausing in December 2019.”

Vance reminded his colleagues that when it came time for impeachment, “every single House Republican voted against” it.

“If President Trump were to withdraw from or pause financial support for the war in Ukraine in order to bring the conflict to a peaceful conclusion ‘over the objections of career experts,’ it would amount to the same fake violation of budget law from the first impeachment,” he said.

Vance warned that this is just another attempt by the Deep State to block Trump “from pursuing his desired policy, and if he does so anyway, to provide grounds to impeach him and undermine his administration.”

The Ohio Senator is hoping that his memo will bring light to the issue and encourage “all Republicans” to block the bill.
