Taylor Sheridan has reached new levels of fame and fortune due to his hit show Yellowstone

Many of Sheridan’s shows turn into massive successes due to his ability to resonate with middle America families.

And Taylor Sheridan and one Yellowstone star are coming to the rescue of these red state victims.

The largest wildfire in Lone Star State history

In late February, the Smokehouse Creek Wildfire in the Texas panhandle grew to be the largest wildfire in state history and the second largest on record in American history.

It took firefighters weeks before they were able to fully contain the blaze.

The fire scorched more than one million acres of land, downed power to the area, killed countless heads of cattle, and took the lives of at least two people.

As a result, untold numbers of Texans are doing their best to rebound and recover – especially the cattlemen who had their entire livelihood go up in smoke.

But their tragedy hasn’t gone unnoticed.

Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan and one of the stars from the early seasons of the show, country music singer Ryan Bingham, have announced a plan to help the folks in Texas.

Sheridan and Bingham to hold benefit concert

WhiskeyRiff reported that Sheridan and Bingham are teaming up to throw a concert benefit for the victims of the Smokehouse Creek Wildfire.

“The Panhandle fires have devastated family, friends and fellow ranchers,” Sheridan said. “It is incumbent upon all of us to help in any way possible, as we know they would do the same for us.”

According to WhiskeyRiff, the benefit concert will rock the crowd at the Hotel Drover in the Fort Worth Stockyards this May.

Sheridan and Bingham are donating 100% of the proceeds to the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Disaster Relief Fund.

Bingham, who played Dutton Ranch cowboy Walker for 23 episodes of Yellowstone, is confirmed to perform at the event.

Bingham is an accomplished musician with six studio albums.

Who else could be performing?

More performers are expected to be announced soon.

Bingham’s girlfriend, Hassie Harrison, who played the trouble-making rodeo girl and Walker’s love interest on Yellowstone, could be one of the celebrities to make an appearance.

Many are speculating that Lainey Wilson – due to her recurring character on season five of Yellowstone – could also sing at the concert.

Colter Wall’s name has also been rumored.

He worked with Sheridan on a music video from the Yellowstone spinoff 6666 Ranch

Wall would fit well since the setting of 6666 Ranch is in Texas, as opposed to Montana where Yellowstone takes place.
