Prior to being elected, Barack Obama promised to “fundamentally change America.”
But it can be argued that Joe Biden has done even more to tear the fabric holding the United States together.
And Barack Obama just called for one audible that could change the entire political landscape this year.
Obama’s third term
A recent Rasmussen Report survey showed a majority of Americans – including most Democrats – believe President Biden is not running his own team.
In fact, 63% of voters feel Biden’s former boss, ex-President Barack Obama, is “influencing” the White House.
Even worse for Joe Biden, 53% of respondents said Obama is “pulling the strings” in the White House.
The Washington Post even reported that Obama has been telling Biden how to run his campaign.
According to the Post, Obama said that the Biden campaign needs more top-level decision-makers at its headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware.
The Post report said he mentioned his 2008 campaign manager David Plouffe as a possibility.
Alternatively, Obama recommended Biden empower the people already in place.
He also criticized Biden for not moving his top advisors out of the White House and onto the campaign like he did back in 2012.
However, it now appears Obama may be finished giving Biden and his campaign any more advice.
Obama’s new line in the sand
In fact, according to a new report from RadarOnline, Obama may have given up on Biden entirely.
According to RadarOnline, Obama is now urging Biden “to quit the 2024 race to save America and the Democratic Party.”
“Insiders snitched that tensions between the two Presidents recently exploded after irate Obama rushed to a secret meeting and confronted Biden about his fading chances to fend off surging Republican candidate Donald Trump in the upcoming November election,” the report read.
RadarOnline claims to have received information from an “insider” close to the situation.
According to the report, the insider described a scene where “Obama bellowed at bumbling Biden to go on the attack — and make sure trusted aides are constantly by his side on the campaign trail to keep them from committing the disastrous gaffes that have defined his Presidency.”
“The Obamas are convinced Joe’s lost his grip,” the insider told RadarOnline. “He looks more feeble and clueless every day, and they know he’s lost the confidence of the public.”
The report said the straw that broke Obama’s back in regards to Biden was when he was the last to know that Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin went missing for days during prostate cancer treatment.
The insider said the incident spread the perception that Biden is “asleep at the wheel.”
If Obama and his team turn on Biden and begin recruiting an alternative, then it could lead to the sitting President rethinking his decision to run for re-election.
