The state of Texas is standing up to Joe Biden’s open borders agenda.

The media and Democrats are trying to instigate conflict between the federal government and the states by falsely claiming that Texas defied a Supreme Court ruling on the border.
Five Justices – including Amy Coney Barrett and John Roberts – stayed a lower court ruling that prevented the Biden administration from cutting down the razor wire that Texas put up to keep illegal aliens from crossing the border.
The ruling didn’t stop Texas from putting up razor wire; it only pertained to the federal government’s ability to take it down.
Nevertheless, Biden gave Texas 24 hours to allow Border Patrol agents to take down razor wire after the Texas National Guard seized control of the Eagles Pass border sector in order to stop the Biden administration from using the area to facilitate the entry of illegal aliens into America.

Since Governor Greg Abbott knows the ruling doesn’t stop Texas from doing anything, he wrote a letter to the administration asserting the state’s right to self defense against invasion under Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution.
And Abbott ordered the National Guard to put up even more razor wire.
Democrats are now demanding Joe Biden federalize the Texas National Guard and order units to stand down from securing the border.
In an interview with CNN, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre refused to rule out the possibility of Biden seizing control of the Texas National Guard in an effort to keep the border open.
“I’m not going to speak to any actions that the President might or might not take,” Jean-Pierre stated.

Democrats are making it clear that their priority is not the sovereignty of the United States or the safety and security of the American people.
Rather, their only goal is to open the border up to as many illegal aliens as possible.
