Over the past couple of years, men have begun competing in women’s sports.

They’ve destroyed records and effectively erased female athletes from history.

And Lia Thomas was left in utter disappointment over this court ruling that will stop the madness.

Americans overwhelmingly reject men competing in women’s sports

Americans are fed up with the rise in radical transgender ideology that has seen men dominating women’s sports in recent years.

The issue reached a tipping point when Lia Thomas became the first transgender athlete to win the Women’s NCAA Division I title in 2022 for swimming by defeating Riley Gaines.

Gaines quickly became a public figure for conservatives in the hotly debated topic.

And she has won the hearts of millions of Americans.

The Los Angeles Times recently published a survey conducted by the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago.

And the results delivered a blow to the transgender community.

It showed that 66 percent of Americans believe athletes competing against members of the opposite biological sex should be “never or rarely allowed.”

The statistic even rang true in the most Democrat states, with 65 percent of Californians agreeing on the topic.

Lia Thomas is “simply not entitled to engage with eligibility”

Thomas and the transgender community are facing more bad news after a court filing by the swimmer to compete in the Paris Olympics was rejected.

Thomas had petitioned World Aquatics (WA), the global governing association for watersports, to admit her into the Olympic games this summer.

World Aquatics invoked their 2022 policy that said athletes who went through “any part of male puberty” would be banned from competing against female athletes.

Thomas took the matter to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Switzerland to dispute the ruling.

The court responded with a 24-page opinion that ruled out the possibility.

The CAS said that Thomas is “simply not entitled to engage with eligibility to compete in WA competitions.”

World Aquatics celebrated the ruling by calling it a “major step” toward protecting women in sports.

Thomas: This is a “call to action” for all transgender athletes

World Aquatics released a statement saying that they were happy with the court’s decision to uphold their rules.

“World Aquatics is dedicated to fostering an environment that promotes fairness, respect, and equal opportunities for athletes of all genders and we reaffirm this pledge,” they said.

Thomas called the decision “deeply disappointing.”

“Blanket bars preventing trans women from competing are discriminatory and deprive us of valuable athletic opportunities that are central to our identities,” Thomas added.

The icon for transgender ideology described the ruling as a “call to action” and encouraged transgender athletes “to continue to fight for [their] dignity and human rights.”

The advocacy group Athlete Ally joined Thomas in condemning the decision.

“This is a sad day for sports and for anyone who believes that trans athletes should have the opportunity for their experience of discrimination to be heard,” Executive Director Hudson Taylor said.
