Merrick Garland turned pale with fear when he faced this harsh legal reality

The Biden administration has come under intense fire for what many Americans view as a prolonged campaign against personal liberties.

From day one, Joe Biden and his cronies have expanded their power to advance a radical political agenda.

And Merrick Garland turned pale with fear when he faced this harsh legal reality.

This vote has thrown the Department of Justice into a full-blown panic

Earlier this year, Special Counsel Robert Hur dropped a damning report in regards to Joe Biden’s classified documents case.

Hur determined that Joe Biden’s mishandling of documents from his Vice Presidential days did not warrant criminal charges.

However, Hur also wrote that he believed a jury would view Joe Biden “as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

He also wrote that Joe Biden had profound memory issues and forgot the names of his own family members and other important people.

From the moment Hur released these findings, House Republicans have scrambled to get a copy of the audio recordings of his interview with President Joe Biden.

Getting these tapes means going through Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice, which has no plans of releasing them to Republican lawmakers.

House Republicans even went as far as to subpoena these tapes, which Merrick Garland has refused to comply with.

Garland and his cronies have expressed concerns that these tapes could cast Joe Biden in a negative light and that lawmakers would use them for political gain.

As a result of Garland’s refusal to comply with these subpoenas, Representatives just voted along party lines to hold Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.

Earlier this week, Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) threatened to act on a criminal contempt resolution.

She told Fox News Digital that “as of right now, we fully intend to bring it.”

“I don’t really have much faith in the Department of Justice. And I don’t think the American people do either. But we are trying to bring back a level playing field and show that, you know, there should be accountability all the way up to the top,” the Florida lawmaker added.

Paulina hopes to hold Garland in inherent contempt.

This differs from a contempt resolution, which the House narrowly approved on Wednesday that sent recommendations for charges to Merrick Garland’s own Department of Justice.

Inherent contempt allows the House Sergeant at Arms to potentially arrest Garland if the Department of Justice does not act on Wednesday’s vote.

Merrick Garland will do anything it takes to protect himself and his political allies

From the beginning, Merrick Garland has taken considerable moves to protect Joe Biden and his political agenda.

As the country reels from out-of-control crime, Merrick Garland has sent his jackboots to punish American farmers, Christians, and prominent conservatives.

These moves demonstrate the true priorities of Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice.
