Joe Biden is hell-bent on trying to erase the Second Amendment from the Constitution.

He’s hoping to complete the mission in his second term.

And Donald Trump delivered one message to gun owners that put Joe Biden on notice.

Gun owners are going to be a key voting bloc in the closely divided swing states that will determine the election.

Former President Donald Trump traveled to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to speak to Second Amendment supporters at the National Rifle Association’s (NRA) Great American Outdoor Show.

He vowed to defend the right to keep and bear arms and to roll back President Joe Biden’s gun control.

“Under Crooked Joe Biden, your Second Amendment is again under siege — you know that,” Trump told the audience. “Under a Trump administration, all of those Biden disasters get ripped up and torn out my first week, but maybe my first day in office.”

He added that “no one will lay a finger on your firearms” if he returns to the White House.

Trump said he would overturn a rule put in place by Biden’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) that would ban the popular gun accessory of pistol braces.

With control of the Supreme Court and the fate of the Second Amendment on the line, the NRA was a major supporter of Trump’s first Presidential campaign in 2016.

Trump touted his own record of protecting gun rights by saying that “a lot of people didn’t really believe the things I was able to do for the gun owners.”

The former President vowed to clean house on Biden regime officials who are hostile to gun rights.

“On day one, we will sack the radical gun grabber [ATF Director] Steve Dettelbach and we’re gonna replace him with an ATF director who respects the sacred right to keep and bear arms,” Trump vowed. “We will fire ultra-Left Interior Secretary Deb Haaland and appoint a secretary who truly loves our hunters, fishermen, sportsmen, and outdoorsmen like my sons.”

Donald Trump says the Second Amendment is on the line in November

Trump joked with the crowd that the NRA “better endorse me, that’s the only thing I can say.”

He said gun owners had a clear choice in the election.

“The only thing standing between you and the obliteration of your under-siege Second Amendment is me,” Trump said. “Anybody else, you wouldn’t have your guns right, no.”

He painted a dark picture of what life would be like for gun owners during Biden’s second term.

“If Joe Biden is reelected, your gun rights will be gone, they’ll be totally gone — and the sad part about it is that the bad guys aren’t giving up their guns,” Trump said. “Four more years of Joe Biden means four more years of anti-gun communists running the ATF. They’re going to run it, they’re already — they’re running it now, just in case you have any questions.”

Trump appointed three Supreme Court Justices and hundreds of lower court judges who serve as a bulwark against anti-gun politicians.

“But it means hundreds of more radical Left judges waging a crusade against law-abiding gun owners, and four more years of Joe Biden means a non-stop war on gun manufacturers, dealers, and sellers designed to put the entire industry right out of business,” Trump concluded.

Gun owners and outdoorsmen are going to be key aspects of Donald Trump’s political fortunes this fall.
